Spice cake papers...

Spice cake papers from the spring mini.....I just LOVE these papers, they are probably my favourite Stampin' Up! papers ever! and that's quite a statement to make as they have some gorgeous papers.

Here I have made a very simple card, using a small piece of my fav design from this paper pack, added a mat with a punched edge, a swirl, a butterfly, a greeting and some embossing to the lower section (I love this embossing folder, its sooo textured!!) I inked all my edges with soft suede to make them all pop.

Saturday workshop...

Last Saturday we had a workshop to show how Stampin' Up! products work so well with all your crafty stash, here we used tatty teddy icons.

We each made two cards using the same items and every card came out different, take a look and see what you think.

I can't remember who made which cards so I will say they were made by Chris, Marg, Coll, Ali Les and Sanj. I apologise for the awful photographs, that's what happens when you try and get a quick picture before they leave...oops.
